I graduated with a degree in osteopathy in 1998 and went on to enjoy a 24-year career as a registered osteopath — a time defined by clinical integrity, holistic care, and a deep commitment to patient wellbeing.

After over two decades in regulated clinical practice, I began evolving my approach to explore additional pathways to health. While osteopathy remains a foundational influence in my work, I now offer independent services that extend beyond the traditional clinical framework — drawing on accumulated research, personal insight, and a broader view of wellness.

My current focus reflects a more personalised model of care, informed by my background in musculoskeletal health, postural dynamics, and therapeutic support.

Please note: I no longer practise osteopathy and am not currently registered with the General Osteopathic Council. My services are not regulated under the Osteopaths Act 1993.
